Raintree Country Club is a Private, 36 hole golf facility located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Raintree Country Club has two, 18-hole golf courses. They are The North courses and The South Course.
The Raintree Country Club golf courses first opened for play in 1971. The courses were designed by Russell F. Breedon.
Raintree Country Club's two golf courses are very distinctive. The South Course is especially desired by avid players because of its length and amount of water that comes into play. The North Course, on the other hand, draws golfers because of its scenic design. This Course encompasses various ponds and has a rolling terrain, which entices players of all levels. Both courses have undergone major renovation. The South Course greens, along with many tee boxes, greenside bunkers were rebuilt in 1994 followed by the North Course receiving the same renovations, in the year 2000.
The North Course at Raintree Country Club plays to 6,653 yards from the back tees and a par-72. The course rating is 73.0 with a slope rating of 130.
The South Course at the Raintree Country Club plays to 6,918 yards from the back tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.6 and it has a slope rating of 138 on Bermuda grass.

Nice course, trickey the first time, good idea to play with someone who knows the course. You need to be an accurate player to enjoy this course, Not a good course for high handicappers.
